Say goodbye to suncare lotions

International suncare brand Dr. Skin has launched the Sun Drink, a beverage that promises suncare protection as part of a holistic approach to beauty. The drink is formulated with lycopene, a phytochemical(chemical compounds that occur naturally in plants) found in tomatoes and red fruits. Lycopene supplies skin layers with the vital ingredients needed to protect from sun damage.

Consumers are increasingly seeking to take care of their bodies both inside and out as being part of their daily beauty rituals. This new attitude explains the popularity of the beauty foods, for example superfoods. Supplements like lycopene and beta-carotene that deliver beauty-boosting vitamines and antioxidants will also increase in popularity.

Once this technology develops further we will be drinking Sun Drinks instead of applying lotion that is often time-consuming and wears off quickly.
