The fermented vegetables exploration keeps on continuing at TOP. Thanks for your participation to our last questionnary, we had really interesting feedbacks! And as you showed us a real interest for new flavors, spices and fermented snacking, we are currently experimenting on those directions.
Based on Indonesian starters, we are working on new fermented recipes… And discovering interesting spicy-deep flavours. We are exploring in different applications for thoses kimchi and surprising fermented recipes.
The TOP team greatly survive to the last tasting : Have a look to our fermented snacks balls and pancakes! Some fermented vegetables chips and pop-corn are coming soon …!
