The fresh juices at TEDxBinnenhof come from Fruity Line. These juices were treated with Pascalisation. Pascalisation is a normal natural preservation technique, whereby packaged food is placed under very high water pressure. So high, that bacteria, microorganisms and spoilage don’t stand a chance. The advantage is that the juice’s shelf life is extended and the fresh taste, colour and nutrients are maintained.
